Order Fulfillment:

Our hand assembly means that it may take from 2-3 weeks for an order to be completed.
Inventory availability should be confirmed with Binky & Lulu Corporate and customer followed up with regarding status.

Customer has the option to ship as items become available, but this can result in additional shipping costs, or to wait for the order to be complete to ship all at once.
Customer is charged for shipped items only.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges
Up to $100 = $10
$101-$400 = $18
$401 and up = $25

B&L will authorize your card before charging with our trusted payment gateway partner, authorize.net.  Authorization of the card will result in a hold of funds in the amount of the order. Typically an authorization of a card will happen anywhere from 30 days out from confirmed delivery date to as a close as the week of confirmed delivery date.

Payment will be charged in full only when your order has shipped and is on it’s way!

Returns: Binky and Lulu will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise with the exception of items marked as Fragile or Final Sale Items, for replacement or refund. Binky and Lulu must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise of any damage to items marked as Fragile, or labeled as Final Sale, otherwise returns cannot be accepted.

Backordered Items: Backordered items will be shipped once in stock with an additional shipping charge. If a customer chooses to cancel the items on the original order that were not in stock, and then decides to reinstate them on a future date, that is considered a new order and a new order and authorization form will be necessary.

Delivery Date Changes:
Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor delivery change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order date before submitting it. Please reach out via email or by phone if you have any concerns regarding your order’s delivery date and shipping and we will do our best to work with you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: All order cancellations, in part or in full, should be submitted via email. Cancellations, in part or in full, received within 48 hours of order date will be refunded in full. A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on the total amount of all cancelled items if the order is cancelled after 48 hours, but within 7 days. Any order cancellation, in part or in full, 8 days or later will incur a late cancellation charge of 50% of cancelled item total. Where applicable refund processing will occur within 7 business days from order cancellation date, less any applicable restocking fees, or late cancellation charges to the method of payment used for purchase.
