Due to the nature of how jewelry is worn in relation to our bodies, after 7 days, if an issue arises with your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless brand has been contacted and special circumstances have been explained. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item/s have been received and let you know if it has been accepted/rejected for return/refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method, your refund will be posted. 

We do not provide returns or refunds when using a third party to receive the items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 days of our confirmation of your return, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your original payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@binkyandlulu.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Orders will ship 1-3 days after being placed.

Free shipping for all first orders and all orders of 50$ or more.

Unworn / untarnished items can be exchanged for credit or refund within 7 days of delivery. B+L does not cover return shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipment costs. We can provide return shipping label if requested; cost of which will be deducted from total amount refunded.

Shipping costs on orders under $50 are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
